Easy to order
Easy to order, reasonable fee and quick delivery. More detailed bill selection would be nice though. We checked small bills, and got a majority of 20 Euro notes when we would have preferred some more 10s and 5s.

The service at Currency Exchange is always wonderful and technically I should be giving this review 5 stars. The ordering was very easy and I got my currency when I requested it the glitch was Fed Ex. I was told I would have to sign for my currency- which I what I wanted so I know I would receive it. But, they instead just left the currency in a doorway where anyone on the street could have taken it. No bell ring, no signature, literally just dumped it under a mailbox. So maybe in the future Fed Ex should not be used.

This was my second time using CXI
This was my second time using CXI. The first experience was great. This time, when I went to pick up the money, they were giving me 4500 Brazilian Reais in mostly small bills. I would have needed a backpack to carry it all. I ended up canceling the order. Decided to order again, express delivery, and hope for the best. Received it in all 50s, but that was better than 20s and 10s. Very convenient service.
