Purchased shampoo and Restore Spray. I was not able to use the spray as it would not work. I had to go and purchase a new spray bottle in order to use the product. For the price of the spray should have better quality spray bottle to go with it.

Excellent product. I will continue to buy it.

We received the product Ease and the dogs enjoy the taste and Apollo’s summer itchies have subsided. Great product!

I saw a couple of the bad reviews saying that the return policy is only for un opened bottles well I’m here to tell you my bottle is closed and here’s the message I got .

Thank you for your reply. We cannot accept products back at our facility, whether opened or unopened, for quality and safety reasons. Returned items are not resold in order to maintain our highest quality standards. Additionally, we do not accept returns simply because an order is no longer needed or due to shipping transit times

Needless to say I will not be ordering from a business with such bad customer service

This is how they do business . I was trying to return it so I could rather get it locally since I paid for expedite shipping and it was taking to long. However I agree with the other reviews this company seems more money driven then integrity driven.
I’m not satisfied and for some reason they have every excuse in the book . There policy does not clearly state that you can’t return simply because of shipping issuesIt’s not clear . If this matter is not resolved I will be leaving a review on the better business bureau, and possibly a consumer complaint on the California Department of Justice because the return policy is misleading and an unfair business practice . I don’t want this to continue to happen to

Fantastic company & products! My miniature Dachshund Norman uses the EASE tincture & I am so happy with it. He is almost 10 years old & it has been helping him stay healthy, mobile, & have less joint stiffness. Love it!

I was not really able to use the product because my kitty passed away the day after I received it, so this review is purely based on the customer service. I emailed them about what happened, and they promptly replied with their condolences and gave me instructions on how to request a refund. Their website is user-friendly, professional, and legit. I would give this company 100 stars if I could. I have a shar pei and she was experiencing shar pei fever. Someone suggest their CBD Heal and she has not had a fever in 100 days and this was my one addition. I think it has cut down on her inflammation and helped heal her body. I call it liquid gold. Love it! Made in America too!
