In hedinbil website
In hedinbil website, I could browse all cars. But in Carplus, I have to select particular city and then particular outlet. This was not at all userfriendly.

Price is not fixed and not real.
I ordered a car from this website in 2021. They redirected me to Hedinbil one of the worse car dealers in Sweden. I had these problems during past two years:
After a year they increased the rent randomly. In average I'm paying 500SEK higher than value in the contract.
Every time I book a service, they are annoying me in a new way.
They are not answering phones and emails at damage workshop. They are telling you it will take 2 weeks but it takes 1-2 month to finish your work.
One time they lost my key.
Staff are so careless and doing the job wrongly for example I asked for changing wheels but they invoiced me for wheel storage.
One time they lost my winter wheels.
They gave me a wrong address to get my lost winter wheels in another city but it was not there.
Their queue time is so long for service. One time I was 6 months in the queue.
