If I could give zero stars I would.
I started my refinance in June 2026, I was offered mail by them and I tried them out only to hear good things about them. I’m going to tell you now, if you’re reading this, don’t even start with caribou. You’re better off trying without using this company. Because me and my partner has been patient and we’ve been working with them for over 2 months now. It’s September 3, 2026 well over 2 months. Don’t waste your time here. They all act nice until they piss off their clients because they have no clue what they’re doing. No one answering my calls or texts no call back or nothing. You guys are literally ignoring me at this point cause how is all 5 of you busy at the same time?i can’t get in contact with no one. I submitted, POA’s, paystubs, tax forms, took pictures of POA before sending them, they even had me to get a job offer letter for both me and my lady to better prove our income and we did all that you guys asked us to do for us just to get ignored? If you guys are annoyed of me calling in everyday to ask what’s goin on and eventually ghost me, how in the world do you think I feel?? I trusted you guys with my information, not to mention I had to sign a contract 3 times!! 3 times because YOU guys messed up the contract all 3 times. 1st I signed, the 2nd contract you guys didn’t even put my income, it was at 0$, and the third time you told me you had to correct the vehicle value or something, but you guys do a review process before sending to me to sign, but obviously you guys didn’t review ANYTHING. You guys just get paid to sit behind the desk without working. I wonder how the CEO/owner feels about his employees. Like I said, those were the 5 employees who ruined my 1st ever refinance process. I’ll never recommend caribou to anyone and I’m going to tell people to not use caribou even if they never heard of y’all. Advertised.

Worst experience ever! 5 days of giving them access to my bank accounts filing out multiple documents sign documents because they messed up what they sent me. Very unhelpful and rude! Complete waist of time! Don't use!

The process was smooth and everyone who I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped me along in the process and it was done quite quickly!

Easy application process, the phone call was painless and the customer service was excellent! Dashawn was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I had a very easy experience, Lori my agent was the best person I've dealt with in a long time. She was quick with responding to any question I had. The company got my rate down way more than I expected. The lender they used was a little slow, but they kept me up to date.

False advertisement horrible communication talked to a guy asked where he was at he said colorado..sounded like China. False advertisement to draw you in.

Got refinanced when Noone else would. Thank you caribou!

The gentleman Jared Z. that called me to finalize everything and ask some questions was exceptionally amazing! I could not if asked for a better representative. He was courteous, kind, well mannered, respectful and very down to earth.
