Carglass in S:t Göransvägen 23, 554 54 Jönköping delivers gives superb service. Friendly from the moment you meet them until you leave. Was recommended by a friend as a great place and I agree they are fantastic.

I haven’t seen worse. Strong reflection and much more noise inside the car — clearly lower quality than what I had before.
Went back twice to complain. First they said the reflection would “go away with time” (not true). Then they asked me to step outside so I wouldn’t speak in front of other customers. Promised to contact me — no one ever did.
Business is not just about money — it’s about principles. This company showed neither.
Avoid if you care about quality or service.

Plenty of times to choose from, easily accessible (Kungsängen), order and order in the premises, good coffee, nice and knowledgeable personal, smooth insurance handling, very professional results (stone chipping), wiper blades included. The overall experience exceeded my expectations! I understand that the team in Kungsängen has been named the best CARGLASS Site several years in a row…

Unique service and very qualified personal.

Booking online was quite easy, the staffs were polite and welcoming and i didn't have to wait for long. It took less than 1hr to change the front windscreen (vindruta)of my car..that was quite amazing. I'm satisfied.

Went for a small stone chip in the windshield that was barely noticeable, they left Air between the fix and now its very noticeceable.

I feel very sad with the service!

Booked time at Carglass Upplands Väsby, showed up to place to find out they are closed. Haven’t received information/sms that I need to rebook the time. Called and got rebooked to other carglass place and since it was further out I made sure to ask that I can get a car as they offer in some places to be able to drive back. Got a confirmation that I will have a car. Showed up to the other Carglass and there is no car. Not very pleasant experience! 👎🏼 when called CC got told there is not much they can do.

Carglass damaged my car.

Paintwork at the back scuffed up (Carglass reversed the car into a wall?!). The windscreen wiper arms are no longer aligned properly so the blades no longer wipe in parallel after Carglass replaced the windscreen. I will have to take it into my Örebro Jaguar workshop at Hedinbil to repair the damage caused by Carglass.

I wish I could give Carglass.se a zero star feedback review. So grudgingly a 1 star review for a dreadful service.

Came to fix glass, they said i need to change it, so should I come next week, as they have to order it. Next week, when I came and left car, they called me and informed that they would not change it, as I tried to fix it myself, damage from stone and that they saw from the beginning, when I came first time and we discussed it. Rydsbilglas changed it without any questions. NOT recommend it!!! At least in Malmö.

The staff were very professional, helpful and qualified.
I would strongly reccomend their services as I have been given honest feedback on the issues I had with my car.
