The staff were super friendly and knowledgable of their massage chairs. They suggested the best chair given my budget. I made my purchase on the spot. Everything was super smooth and well thought of from the moment I walk in the door to when I sit in my new massage chair at home comfortably writing this review. Highly recommend their product and services over online shops. Carelax gives me good value for money! You should try their chairs in their showroom and you will find out more :)
