Excellent customer service
I was going to order from stipt polish point but then looked at cardetail and found a lot of the products to be better priced and higher quality. With getting the same products as I would have gotten at stipt I got a lot more value for my money and even saved money!
Sadly something I ordered wasn't actually in stock even though the website said it was, but Taylor was incredibly quick with sending me an email that it wasn't in stock. I found 2 new items which roughly came to the same total and the problem was solved! They even added in some small extra's which was a very pleasant surprise.
Thank you for the amazing customer service, will definitely keep shopping at cardetail.be for all my car cleanig products!
Overall perfect customer service, quick delivery and amazing products.
