Arti Agarwal mam is a wonderful teacher who takes extra efforts to guide my child and help him understand the concepts.

And Mallika is really patience in helping our kid to stay focused.

My daughter was a little slow in understanding the maths concepts and was finding it very difficult solving problems especially the statement problems....however after joining cuemath,I can see a drastic improvement in her problem-solving skills and also improvement in her test and exam marks....thanks to Sweta maam for taking personal interest and effort and pulling my daughter out from the feeling of "Maths is difficult,I hate maths". to analulysing herself and asking me"Math maths is not that difficult as I had thought...don't u think I have improved a lot"

Our experience with has been great. Teacher understands where my daughter is making mistakes and resolves it quickly. Has built confidence in the subject, by clearing the doubts in an easy way. Talks to the kid in a way, that the class is not bored and makes it light, fun and productive.

Cuemath made my child’s learning experience great fun

We requested a teacher change after an incredibly unprofessional and hostile experience with our son's Cuemath instructor (Mr Abhay Sharma). During a scheduled Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), the platform interface experienced technical issues. When we finally connected, the session abruptly cut off due to a strict 15-minute limit. Instead of handling the platform glitch professionally, the teacher became highly defensive. He refused to finish the discussion, stating he would instead address our concerns during our son's upcoming paid math session.

Using a child's actual learning time to handle a disrupted PTM is already terrible practice, but his behavior during the class was shocking. When my spouse and I tried to constructively discuss the math material, the teacher became incredibly arrogant and obtuse. He explicitly told us to "discuss among yourselves and get back to him," cutting off the dialogue. He then arrogantly stated, "You did not buy me."
As paying parents, we expect an educator to act as a partner in our child's learning, not an adversary who throws tantrums and hurls insults. Taking up a child's class time with this defensive attitude directly compromised my son's learning environment. Cuemath is currently looking for a replacement, but this specific teacher lacks the basic professional maturity required to work with families. Unacceptable.

We have had an excellent experience with Cuemath. The program’s strong focus on building conceptual understanding has been tremendously helpful in developing confidence and problem-solving skills in mathematics.

Teacher is very free and kind with the student

Finding a tutor who truly understands how to teach young learners can be tough, but Priya mam has been fantastic. Her kindness creates a encouraging learning space where my daughter feels comfortable asking questions. She strengthen my kid's basic understanding of math tremendously. We couldn't be happier with her guidance!

Ritu Ma’am is hands on with Ayesha. I trust her with my child and her progress completely . Ayesha has been doing really well under her guidance. So happy to have found her. Learning is fun and easy with her .

Ms Neelam is a very competent and dedicated teacher. She maintains the child interest in a class efficiently with different learning techniques.

Ms Pradeebha has now been teaching my daughter for 5 years. Her dedication and intention to help my daughter improve her skills in Math are exemplary. My daughter was not showing much interest in math, but that changed when she started her journey with Cuemath. She has gradually developing interest in math. Ms. Riya Singh is a wonderful teacher who is patient, encouraging, and makes the concepts easy to understand. I highly recommend Ms. Riya Singh and Cuemath!

The tutors are the only positive here who care about teaching and build a positive rapport with their students. And that’s where the positive exp. ends.
Support tickets are always closed without resolution, with blame shifted back onto the customer instead of addressing legitimate concerns. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive, rude interactions leave customers frustrated than supported.
Their policies are so frustrating and unreasonable that even the strictest schools and educational institutions don’t impose them. They have zero flexibility and common sense.
Calls typically come from VoIP numbers that many carriers automatically flag as spam, making it difficult to connect.
My classes were taken away for taking informed planned vacations, despite continuing to enroll in additional classes and bringing more business to the institution. Rather than appreciating loyal customers, they used that against us. I had purchased a 6 month package with validity ending in Oct and just 13 sessions left. (I’ll see if I can paste a screenshot).
If you’re considering enrolling, don’t rely on a single review platform when making your decision. Read reviews from multiple independent sources to get a broader perspective and understand the experiences of a wider range of customers before committing.

I have enrolled my daughter with Cuemath to help her learn Math. Ms. Debika has been really patient with her. She had identified the gaps early on and tried to work on them, before progressing to higher levels. I could see that my daughter who wasn’t particularly interested and almost on the edge of hating Math, started gaining confidence as a result.
