I appreciated they offered to include the batteries at no charge when I found out they didn't come with the printers I had ordered. They could have sent the order and I found out after, but they contacted me in advance before ordering and asked if I knew they didn't have batteries when ordered. When I told them I didn't and have to cancel the order, they went above and beyond and included the batteries at no charge! Thank you! I'll be back when I need something else!

Emma was great! she took the time to check that the film holders were present before I ordered.

I received the wrong item and called immediately. The phone was answered immediately and my rma process was started. Emma emailed me with the instructions and sent the tracking for the correct replacement as soon as I shipped the wrong item back. The original out-of-box printer that I ordered, did not bootup properly. I knew I was taking a chance with buying it before they even sent it to me. CTS took back the bad printer at no charge to me, and sent me a new printer, at no shipping cost to me. The new printer was less expensive than the original, so I was refunded the difference in price. Emma was very helpful in dealing with the issues and arranging the replacement printer. The new printer booted up and works. Thank you for your responsiveness in resolving this issue.

They have all Dell Precision T5820 parts that you could ever need, super fast shipping and excellent North American Support. Great company worth the visit.

I ordered a power supply and it did not work. No output voltage. I email and it was quickly addressed. I was told they had a replacement but it hadn’t been tested yet but they could send right away. I chose to just get a refund and I’d send the broken one back. I did received the refund quickly.
Still waiting on the instructions to return.

I’ve only had it 8 days hard to review in that short of time. It was delivered on time and works. The only disappointment is the volume of videos and I certainly don’t blame that on you. Actually my IPhone is louder. Other than that it’s fine

The two things that made my experience with CTS Point great are these. First, they were able to supply us with a hard-to-find printer that works with our old but very reliable computer system, saving us both money and headaches. And second, Emma at customer service was a gem, answering questions and proactively making sure that we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

I am not a technology person. Not only does CTS Point have excellent prices, but they have REAL PEOPLE who talk to you! Frank was kind, patient and knowledgeable!! Shop there folks. I don't leave reviews unless I mean it!!
