Having recently finished the course I can say I really enjoyed the content of this apprenticeship and the way it was delivered. Jo has been an amazing assessor from start to finish. Whilst there have been a few challenges with managing full-time work alongside the apprenticeship and with system change towards the end, Jo guided me through any difficulties and always made me feel supported and empowered. I particularly feel her positive approach, in-depth feedback on assignments and willingness to discuss my thoughts after sessions really helped me to gain the confidence that I felt I was lacking in my job role. Thank you to both CT Skills and Jo for a positive apprenticeship experience!

I had a lovely training experience with CT Skills and specifically with Jo, she has been so helpful, I always felt so comfortable reaching out to her for any guidance or if I had any questions. I can tell that she really wanted me to succeed and she was so encouraging and reassuring, always giving great in depth feedback. She made my HR Level 3 experience really enjoyable and engaging.

I recently completed the Level 5 Management Apprenticeship with CT Skills and had a fantastic experience throughout. The course has significantly developed my leadership, communication, and management skills, which I have been able to apply directly in my role as a Dental Nurse Manager.

A special thank you to my assessor, Ian Peal, whose support, guidance, and constructive feedback were invaluable throughout the programme. He was always approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging, helping me stay on track and achieve my qualification.

I would highly recommend CT Skills to anyone looking to further their professional development and management career.

Overall, I have had a positive experience during this course. There were some hurdles to overcome at the beginning due to internal issues within my workplace, but once everything was in place, I was able to fully engage with the learning.

My assessor, Ian Peal, was extremely supportive throughout the programme. In particular, at the start of 2026, I experienced a bereavement in my family and needed time away to grieve and deal with personal matters. The course was placed on hold, which allowed me to return when I was ready and continue from where I had left off without falling too far behind.

One thing I would highlight is that the coursework comes thick and fast. Without dedicated time to complete the learning and assignments, it can be easy to fall behind. I would strongly recommend discussing this with your employer before starting, to ensure you have allocated time during the working day to complete the required tasks.

The resources provided can feel somewhat limited at times, and you may find yourself spending a significant amount of time researching information independently rather than being taught in a traditional classroom setting. However, if you are comfortable with self-directed learning and online research, this should not present too much of a challenge.

Overall, despite some challenges along the way, I found the course worthwhile and benefited from the support provided by my assessor and the flexibility offered when personal circumstances arose.

Joanne has been an incredible, empathetic and communicative teacher. The lessons have such great attention to detail, and they always create a relaxed environment where you can learn at your own pace.

I have now completed both my level 2 and 3 AAT with CT Skills and have enjoyed both courses. Janey Henderson supported my massively throughout my course and was always there to offer support and advise whenever I had any questions.

I had Janet as my tutor, she was excellent in helping me with any assignments I was stuck on. I really enjoyed this course!

My apprenticeship was an enjoyable experience thanks to CT Skills - Jo really went above and beyond to make my apprenticeship go smoothly and to tailor it to how I work and understand the content. This is an excellent course which has helped develop my learning and understanding of child care. My tutor Donna was very supportive and helped me throughout whenever I needed.

My Tutor Janet Henderson, was super efficient!! She directed me to all the relevant information and even plugged the gaps where my knowledge (and memory) had failed me by recommending a refresh of previous course work and highlighting additional reading material.

I am a super impatient person as I want to gain as much knowledge as possible to appear more appealing to prospective employers, so as you can imagine, I was thrilled at the speed in which Janet replied not only to her e-mails but also marked my assignments whilst remaining friendly and professional throughout.

Tutors don't get the credit they deserve for the 12-14 hour days that they work ensuring that us students acquire the appropriate knowledge in order to pass the course!! So a massive Thank you Janet, your efforts are very much appreciated!

I’ve just completed my apprenticeship and couldn’t be happier with the support I received throughout. I've almost completed my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Emma Whitby was my assessor and she was amazing throughout. She was so supportive and I learned so much from her extensive knowledge and experience. I really appreciated all the real life situations she shared with me and it has definitely had a positive impact on my practice. Emma was always generous, reassuring and encouraging. Excellent course and outstanding tutor support. CT Skills made the whole learning experience smooth, clear and enjoyable. Janet was so clear in her communication, feedback and assistance and was a valuable asset always readily available if I needed help. The course was more interesting than I anticipated and I learned a lot thanks to the course but also the additional resources Janet shared which I was grateful for!

I am rating my course level 3 counselling skills with 5 stars, this is largely due to my lovely tutor Janet! Janet was always so supportive, encouraging and understanding of any issues that I had. Where the course is quite self reflective it is quite challenging but I’m glad that I did the course. Also I now have a good basic understanding of the theories counselling is based on and how counselling theory is applied which is helpful. I’m very proud of myself for completing this course! 😊

I've been studying with CT Skills for over 2 and a half years and the progress I've seen in my studies has been great! Janet has been my tutor throughout AAT Level 3 and has been so helpful! She's friendly, always on hand to support and is very knowledgeable.
