The Bruno stairlift is good. No problems. It’s quiet & gets the job done. The only thing is my old Acorn stairlift had a built it ring on the remotes so they could be hung on the walls right by the stairlift. Bruno remotes must lay on the floor or on a table or something to keep them handy.

The stairlift was a quick and easy installation and has been a lifesaver for us.

The service provided by All-Star Mobility in Eau Claire, WI, was great. Kudos to Jason, Tony, and Drake. I can't blame them for the delay in getting the equipment, but they installed it immediately upon arrival. The chair lift is slow in responding to the remote at times and the control lever to adjust the seat position is a little touchy, but overall we are satisfied with the unit.

It is also to make it easier for my friend, who has COPD and struggles to walk upstairs. My two Bruno SRE 5000 certainly have been used, especially when having to carry heavy items upstairs, or downstairs. Wish I could have had a design to allow for only one chairlift, but my entry way and stairs did not provide enough space. I did have to get an electrician to install a proper outlet, delaying installation for two weeks to Sept. 2026. It has been the right decision for me.

I got correct answers with little effort.

Nothing wrong with the hardware as far as we can tell. The main issue was the delay in delivery after the down payment. According to the installer, this was due to late shipment on the lift from the manufacturer.

Bought from Caltech Lifts, lovely salesman, quick sale and decent delivery time. Fitted very quickly by a nice engineer. The stairlift seems good, sturdy and does the job. Unfortunately we've had 2 x faults within weeks of instulation both of which required a part and its taken weeks each time to get the parts and come back to fit them. Hence the 2 stars less for each fault.

Every aspect of their service was professional. Installation was quick and orientation on how to operate the stairlift was very helpful. There were no additional charges to what was quoted. Very pleased with this valuable service.

The system is great. There was a slight delay getting the automatic rail lift. However when installed it all worked out fine. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this system to anyone out there.
