So happy I have found the Brownmed website to order my heel huggers. I have been using them for many, many years, and always ordered on Amazon. Lately they have been out of stock, and ordering from Brownmed has been so easy. Service is great and they keep me updated on my order. Love their products and their service.

My experience was great in the ordering portion of this process, however, I recently tried on the Knee Sleeve & it's too big. The quality of the sleeves are awesome. FYI: I did take a clothe measuring tape before I ordered them and the tape indicated what you guys said should be "X-Large". Can I return them and get the next smaller size?
