Following my first review I have been contacted by Britthread who have offered me a full refund plus £10 off my next order. Due to the quality and no resemblance to the photo of my first item, I won't be making a second purchase so my one star still stands, however customer service is excellent

I was unable to update my previous…
I was unable to update my previous review as it was taken down. After a poor experience and subsequent bad review, a full refund was provided. Thank you. As I live in the UK and the company is based in China, Trustpilot only gave me 2 days to respond. This was not long enough for the funds to appear in my account before they took my review down. Still not cleared yet but it’s on my PayPal app as pending. We got there in the end though.

Says FREE RETURNS with 30 days, but again you have to email support to get and address to return items.

I purchased your clothes on13th October after2weeks I got it but when I opened the parcel ,I shocked as the quality of hoody was so bad and so cheep but they charge me more,I emailed them immediately and asked for return. and refund my money ,they sent a email they received my request and they team will review but nothing happened , again i send return and refund request but they offered to. Refund me%20 f next shopping and I keep the item ,I didn’t accept it and mentioned there is no next shopping of your products ,again request for refund my money but no answer , unfortunately they just took money of customers and send them clothes with low quality and cheep in stead ,the Support team not responding , they show photo of products but sending cheep ( not with £10) and bad quality to their customers.
