Customer service is beyond exceptional. I purchased a GORGEOUS light but it didnt really work in the space i had envisioned. Instead of returning it which would have required difficult packing and shipping and added costs, customer service offered me a $100 credit for a future purchase and i did NOT have to return the item! Beyond helpful and responsive and i will find a different space for my pendants!

Now that I have my order complete I am very satisfied. I understand dealing with products from overseas can be challenging, but how it is handled is crucial. Emails were answered, action took place. All correspondence was on a very professional level which I always appreciate too.
Stick with them, I think this is going to be a good site!

I have purchased over £1000 from this company. There was some initial issues with the order due to product sizes on images.

There was quite a few emails exchanged. I did get a response back from all of my emails and it has now been sorted and the company has rectified any issues I had.

I especially like the foliage. Thank you for helping out the issues which was experienced.

I really like the lamps that I got and when I ran into an issue, customer service was very helpful.

My lamp didn’t arrive. I chased the company and delivery agent with no effect. The company were not particularly helpful. After 3 weeks I was told by the delivery agent it was lost - I had to provide evidence to the company and eventually they conceded. I have twice asked for a refund and been told it was being processed but still no refund. It is more than 2 months since my order and I’m now having to raise a dispute with my credit card. Certainly not a happy customer!

I see they have since (June) concocted an untrue story about addresses and refunds which never happened. Even more reason to stay away!

After a couple of back and forth emails, I am happy say that the issue has been resolved and the Excellent Customer Service title stands true. I will have Breck & Fox working lights in time for the nice weather.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I purchased two globe lights from Breck & Fox in late summer 2024. These lights were perfect for my covered patio setup, and I took proper care to store them indoors during the winter months, keeping them in my closet.

Unfortunately, upon attempting to charge them for spring use, I've encountered issues. One light only emits a very faint orange glow when plugged in, while the other shows no charging indication at all.

What stands out positively is Breck & Fox's exceptional customer service. They responded to my concerns almost immediately and are actively working with me to resolve the charging issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.

I'm currently rating this 5 stars based on the lights when they are working and the outstanding customer service that I have received thus far and their quick response time. I will update this review with the final resolution and adjust the rating accordingly.
