Beautiful Quality Brass Bee Coat Hooks 🐝
I recently purchased 3 Brass Bee Coat Hooks for our Porch/Hallway which has been recently redecorated. I wanted something to match some of the other antique brass lights and fittings which are styled as animals. These fitted perfectly so I ordered three. Communication throughout the transaction was good, delivery was fast and when we received the item they were well packaged. The bees are quite large and very solid. They would certainly have no trouble holding a heavy coat. Fitting was easy with a single screw. The supplied fittings were ok, but I used some slightly larger screws and plugs which worked fine. So pleased with how they look and the quality of the item would definitely recommend. Thanks to James and Victoria from Brass Bees. It's really nice to have something unique and stylish.

Check large orders
Just disappointed. I didn't receive my whole order (I ordered over 20 items). I was unsure what was missing as our electrician unpacked it so left feeling unsure about the systems in place. Check your order if you are ordering a lot.
Saying that this matter was dealt with professionally and quickly. Still a friendly company I will use again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve investigated this thoroughly, including reviewing our CCTV footage of your parcel being packed. This confirmed that only one item was missing, which we immediately sent out on a next‑day service. We also offered to share the CCTV footage with you for full transparency, but this was declined.
As your electrician unpacked the order, not yourself, it’s possible additional items were opened or misplaced without being accounted for. In situations like this, the most accurate next step is to check directly with the electrician to confirm what was received and handled at the time.
We’re a small family business, and we’ve done everything possible on our end to resolve this quickly and fairly. It feels unfair to rate us down when the issue wasn’t checked personally and when we acted immediately to rectify the only confirmed missing item.
You previously left us a 5‑star review in December for an issue that occurred due to an item you incorrectly ordered, which we rectified immediately at our own cost. We’ve provided the same level of service here, so we don’t feel this situation reflects a 3‑star experience.

When these adorable bee knobs came…
When these adorable bee knobs came across my Etsy feed, I to have them! They are cuter in person than in the photos. They had a nice, heavy feel to them and the aged copper will compliment the copper backsplash we are putting in.
The shipment came quickly considering it was traveling overseas.
As some have mentioned, these screws are rather soft in order to cut them down to size. There are notches on the screws making it simple to cut. I did it easily with a small bolt cutter. A couple of screws had some rust accumulation and snapped. I let the company know and they sent out four replacement screws in record time. Excellent customer service!!
I realized I under ordered by two pieces so I’m going to get another item to make the shipping worthwhile. I’m thinking a brass knocker would look great on our red, front door!
