Well today my case specialist GENEVIEVE…

Well today my case specialist GENEVIEVE went above and beyond for me again. She helped me with an issue and even loaded my file into the portal saving me time. She always is a pleasure to work with and she is fast at responding and always so nice. Highly recommend her. would give her more stars if that was an option

Awful company

Awful company - booked a google meet and was ghosted. Got a call 15 minutes before the meeting from a Filipino VA asking questions about my application - I'm not paying thousands of dollars to receive advice from a virtual assistant. AVOID
