Worst service ever
Hi,
Ordered a wooden box (furniture) - delivery would take 4 to 5 days.
Called them after a week and they kept postponing with couple days.
After 2 weeks we decided to cancel this order - promised us to refund our money (131.11 €) in 4 to 5 days.
After 1.5 months suddenly a driver shows up with a delivery.
When opening this box it contained parts of a sofa????????????
Tried to call customer service 9 times - they kept hanging up on us and refused to even hear what we had to say.
It's sad to see such a known company provides this kind of service.
We'll now try to return these parts of a sofa and hope we get our money back. unbelievable that we have to suffer for bol.com's mistakes.
