The product it’s self is not bad, but the overall customer experience needs improvement. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, not even to add an item or cancel the order. In addition, the support page is only available in Danish, which makes it difficult for international customers to get help.

No notification, no excuses, no apologies, just waaay to late.
