Ein absolut hervorragender Service. Ich war am Samstagvormittag beim Arzt, der mir ein Rezept ausstellte. Am darauffolgenden Sonntagabend gab ich meine Bestellung für die Medikamente über die Bloomwell-App auf. Am Dienstagnachmittag waren meine Medikamente bereits per DHL Express bei mir angekommen. Ich bin überaus zufrieden mit der Schnelligkeit und dem Ablauf bei Bloomwell als meinem Anbieter.
Absolutely excellent service. I saw the doctor on Saturday morning and he wrote a prescription for me. The following Sunday evening, I was placing my order on the Bloomwell app for my medication. By Tuesday afternoon, my medication had arrived by DHL Express mail. I couldn’t be any happier with the speed and process using Bloomwell as my provider.

I remember pouring my heart out into the request for obtaining a medical cannabis recipe. I stated that I needed it desperately, stating several of my life-hindering conditions. They denied my request with an automated system, no support, or anything else. It was the end of the road apparently. And my suicidal intentions only grew stronger. I decided to just go ahead and grow it myself since it was now legal. Turns out, it didn't only help one of my conditions, it solved SEVERAL more that I didn't even know I had! So I did in fact need it desperately... I will never forget that this automated system almost ended my life.

Awful customer service
they promised a free prescription. Everything looked good until after I paid for my items they said I need to pay for the prescription with no mention of this while I was ordering. Customer service told me I didn't click on the coupon (which I did) then said one item I chose wasn't in the special to activate the coupon (it was. Half of the options went grey) now the customer service has been ignoring me for 2 weeks after pressuring me to pay when it's their own fault the coupon didn't work and that they didn't mention this cost before I ordered the items
Update my emails have still been ignored for months now. Avoid using as customer service is super unfriendly and just not interested in even reading my emails
