Unresolved refund for expired products — Order #594933_2026

I placed an order on May 17, 2026. Upon receiving the package, I didn't notice right away that 2 of the vials were expired.
On June 5th, right before starting my cycle, I noticed the expiration dates and immediately emailed support asking to send 2 valid replacements. On June 8th, they apologized and promised to ship them, even though the items were clearly listed as out of stock on their website.
On June 12th, unable to wait indefinitely, I asked for a refund instead. Support requested my IBAN and stated the transfer would take up to 14 business days.
That’s where the real problem started. Today is July 23rd, and I still have NOT received my money. Support on WhatsApp has completely ghosted me and stopped responding to my messages altogether.
The refund is around 50 EUR, but apparently, returning this amount is a massive issue for this company. Be very careful buying from them.
(I will update this review if they actually process the refund and provide the official bank transfer receipt).

They were good some time ago but now…

They were good some time ago but now they sell vials that dont hold vacum, i had 5 spoiled cjc vials in a row, took photos of all, video when i opened them and still got denied refund. They became scammers.

We respectfully disagree with this review, as it does not accurately reflect what happened.
When the customer first reported an issue, we replaced the product free of charge and sent a new set of vials as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, the replacement vials were opened incorrectly. The caps were pulled off forcefully instead of being opened according to the proper procedure. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product.
We have already provided a free replacement, therefore we cannot also issue a refund. Our goal is always to help our customers, but we cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged due to improper opening or handling after delivery.

Scam

I will never, ever buy anything there again in my life. The staff member is very unfriendly. My issue is that I’m trying to get a refund for three products, but the staff member simply won't look at the third item and keeps ignoring me on WhatsApp. (Order number: 615563_2026) I sent him plenty of proof, and suddenly he said he’d sort it out... I was a truly loyal customer, but if this isn't fixed, I promise I will never, ever order from there again.

Stay Away! Don't get scammed!

Extremely poor customer service. Unresponsive, they ignore my messages, I've given them plenty opportunity to resolve my query. All I am asking for is proof the rest of my order has been shipped and they cant even provide a tracking number. I believe I won't receive my shipment and likely won't receive a refund. But that is my loss I guess and the cost for for not researching this company before buying from them. Don't be like me, Please shop elsewhere. Horrible company and the worst customer experience of my life! And for the record, I've contacted them on whatsapp and gave them forewarning and an opportunity to resolve this issue before posting this review.

We would like to clarify several inaccuracies in this review.
When part of your order was shipped, a written note was included in the parcel clearly explaining that one item was temporarily out of stock and would be dispatched separately as soon as stock became available. Therefore, you were informed about the situation from the beginning.
You also contacted our customer support team via WhatsApp and received a response. We explained that we were waiting for confirmation and stock availability from our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch a product that is not physically available, nor can we provide a tracking number for a shipment that has not yet been sent.
Throughout our communication, you were repeatedly informed that as soon as we received an update from the warehouse, we would contact you immediately. Our warehouse handles a large volume of orders and enquiries, and while we always do our best to assist customers as quickly as possible, instant responses are not always possible.
Despite being kept informed, you chose to threaten negative reviews before the matter had been resolved. As a result, we decided that rather than continuing the dispute, we would issue a full refund for the outstanding item and close the matter.
Every message you sent received a response, and you were informed both in writing inside your parcel and through our customer support team about the delayed shipment. We therefore fulfilled our obligations and kept you updated throughout the process.
