I had a fantastic experience with Bikepackingshop.
My order arrived with the wrong bottle size by mistake. I contacted them while they were on holiday, fully expecting to wait until they were back. To my surprise, they still replied, apologised for the mix-up, and offered several solutions, including a refund or sending the correct item.
Once they returned, they sent me the correct item. Throughout the whole process, their communication was excellent. They even kept helping when I had questions about the FedEx delivery.
Mistakes can happen with any company, but what really matters is how they're handled. Bikepackingshop went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Friendly, responsive and genuinely customer-focused.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Bikepackingshop.nl and I found the whole process excellent. The website is easy to navigate, prices fair, and the delivery fast. The products were precisely as advertised. Very pleased!

I wrote an earlier 1 star review, in which I mentioned the company ignoring my emails after delivering the wrong product. It had ended up in their spam by mistake, and after I was able to get in touch with them they did everything they could to rectify their mistake and even shipped me a new more expensive product with no extra charge.

I hope they will be able to come up with a solution that avoids customer emails to end up in their spam folder. Other than that I am satisfied with their customer service when I was finally able to get in touch with them.

Price was competitive and the quality of the product was excellent. The company also reused old boxes to ship, doing their part!! I love this!!!
