A very easy process. You are assinged to a person that helps you through the entire process once submitting the initial information. They were able to give me the most competetive offers with the lowest interest and with multiple payment options.

Ryan was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Made everything super easy and walked me through step by step. He went above and beyond even helping me weeks later when I had issues with a previous loan being laid off. He contacted the department who issued the check to the finance company I was paying off and had them wire the money directly to the company since I was going to be traveling out of the country the next day and didn’t want to have to be worrying about if my loan was paid or not. This was something he totally didn’t have to do and could have just handed me off to the next department. Instead he checked on me every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. This is customer service at its best and why in the end I chose BHG as the company I took my personal loan from. This is the company to go with !

Adrienne was absolutely great and made this process go very smooth and simple!! anytime we had questions she was available she would answer calls right away, text messages and emails we were never left in the dark!! Truly the only thing we did not like was that our state has a minimum take out for the loan and we did not need that much but that was not her fault.

If i could give BHG a 0 star I would. They deserved no stars. I was approved for a loan but the B.S game started after signing loan docs and giving all my Bank and tax information. I was told I will be funded on 7/15 and it never happen. Now they gave me a lame excuse their lending is completing the final funding review after they told me the funds will be deposit on that date I stated. No transperancy and a dishonest company!! They play games with customer lively hood. Avoid at all cause!! There are more loan option out there. Here's proof of loan#11189343, loan Mgr Kyle Losty and Trecia Mcdowell that's in charge of processing of funding. I was approved and signed the loan docs. Gave BHG all my important documents including a void check. So why are you quick on responding on the 5 stars without responding to your bad review. The truth hurts and my next stop will be the BBB.

Upon applying for a personal load , Nate contacted and explained how the process went and made sure I understood , I was working with an I phone , which is small , I couldn’t see everything all the time , he had the patience to go over it time and time again. Every step of the way I was guided through the steps . He stayed in touch every step of the way and never seem to get frustrated .
