Order not received. Money gone!
I ordered for around 40 euros kookies. I'm waiting now for 2 weeks. No delivery. No tracking nr. And no respond to my 3 emails I send in the last week. Is this normal for you? I want my money back. You did not even ship it. I got not mail of that. So money there and my kookies there. Super!
