I bet on Juventus today to win against…

I bet on Juventus today to win against Sampdoria. Score was 2-1.

So I thought I won my bet, but they settle as lost incredibly. We are talking about a SERIE A match, how can you make a mistake like this?

Anyway, I finally spoke with someone on chat and they said that they will raise this to managers and will let me know!! Has been all day and no answer.

Never seen such a unprofessional and unsafe bookmaker in my life. Stay away
