I ask questions like "Can you just tell me when the last time you spoke to the payment provider was so I can understand if this is actively being looked at, or whether there's been no correspondence for days". They reply with stuff like "This is internal information.".
So yeh, no withdrawals. No refund 3 weeks later. No explanation.
DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

Could never win anything cashable here, despite multiple deposits and mostly the slots payout was very low like you can feel they are tuned down a lot...So I decided to close my account. Only give 2 stars cause the support was good. But if you like to win every once in a while, not just lose every single time, I recommend you try elsewhere. Also, way too many developers that they have listed are completely empty- no games in them, just blank page stating "no games available" which also added to my overall poor experience.

For various reasons my account ended up getting closed and it was confirmed they would be refunding me my deposits. That’s not why I’m writing a bad review.
I’m writing a bad review as I was informed of the refund on 13th August and was told it would take 3-5 days. Here I am today still waiting. I no longer seem to be able to get an explanation and they keep blaming their payment provider - if they really wanted to get this sorted they could. No refund, no communication.
If I can get this resolved promptly I will so consider updating the review.

This is a fraud of betportal. They asked me to send them documents for verification. It is understandable and I have tried my best to prove it. However, they just did not want to make it done by using a lot of blocks and even asked me to show them ID card with my selfie just like a prisoner. What a shame!

Fantastic for a Small Casino
As a smaller casino I was a bit weary, especially with a few bad reviews but my experience of BetPortal has been nothing short of perfect.
Couple of issues I have experienced:
1) played a hand of blackjack in the live casino, the stake was taken and not returned to my account balance. I contacted support and they investigated and within a day or two they confirmed there had been an issue and the money was added to my balance. So perfectly handled from start to finish keeping me updated throughout.
2) I made a deposit and there was an issue with the payment provider but again, left it a bit and soon enough balance was properly updated.
The good:
Multiple types of payment methods so very easy and quick process.
The verification process is quick and easy.
Good selection of slots and live games.
The website for the most part runs smoothly and is easy to navigate.
The withdrawals are quick to process, even if the withdraw limit of €1000 a day is quite low (I believe withdrawals may also not be processed on weekends but I'm still to fully confirm this).
Overall 9 or 10/10
Fantastic for a smaller casino, very well done indeed.

Honest opinion here. Deposited a few thousand and havent had any luck so not able to comment on withdrawal process. Could be down to luck.
Gambling is supposed to be 'entertaining' but definitely not at betportal. Games glitch often. As a losing player there is nothing as irritating as having to constantly reload a game. Ive been deducted the cost of that spin but never see it being refuneded. Might have just been a losing spin, who knows?
Games selection is so so... but some games dont load, or you are in an excluded region.
