Betano accepted my deposit using my husband's credit card without any issues, but now they are blocking my withdrawal request for the exact same card simply because the name doesn't match my account. To make matters worse, they have sent me the exact same generic email 7 times in a row asking for the same documents, without offering any real solution or explanation as to why the deposit was valid but the withdrawal isn't. It feels like a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid paying out winnings. If they don't allow third-party cards for withdrawals, they shouldn't accept them for deposits in the first place. This is unprofessional, frustrating, and feels like a scam. Avoid this platform unless you want your money held hostage.

Horrible experience , I have been 1 week trying to withdraw my money but they keep asking proof of deposit for my account that was already verified in last 2 years , I sent 30 document including my card movements but they keep inventing justification not to approve my withdraw request, avoid this website it’s big scam.

One of the worst digital experiences I ever had. I created an account, did a verification and did the first bets. After a week, my account was blocked due to an incorrect verification. I tried both verification methods multiple times and contacted customer support multiple times without success. I wanted to get my money back - not possible because I need verification for that. After 8 months I achieved general account verification, now I need additional verification for my payment method. It seems like they are doing everything to prevent money flow outside their platform.

ABSOLUTE scam. they will steal literally every cent from you by using every cheap move, loophole, fine-print trick in satan's book. you will be hit with so many surprises at every step that you will feel way worse than if you just sent some money to the nigerian prince from your email spam folder.

While I don't mind the taxes and I liked to use it for sportsbetting. They just limited every possible bet, so the max amount I can place is 1€, with that it's impossible to do anything. I now cannot complete the Bonus or use the site in general. Customer support, while friendly, was absolutely useless. They won't give me a reason why that happened. Don't use the site.

Appears to be a scam website , offers £30 worth of free bets which you are unable to place or enter a stake at all.

had no issues with them. payments, kyc, support all good. but odds and limits are pretty mediocre. coverage somewhat good though. just cant get a lot on on lower tier stuff

Shady as it gets. Unknown data sources, spam you out of the blue, agents are arrogant and have no understanding. If I would bet or gamble (and I don't!) I wouldn't place a single bet here, but go to the recommended ones.
