Only 1 day to claim since order (got scammed)
Got 1 (cinematickets) that was ordered dec 10, 2024. Received it as a present Christmas 2024 and tried to use it this month. With 24 months, this should not have been a problem.
Code invalid, and the helpdesk told us our code expired dec 11, 2024… So we only had 1 day to claim..? This feels like a scam in all honesty.
The box was ordered from the official Wonderbox account on Bol. I have all proof and pictures.
Can this still be resolved please, because I should still have about 6 months left on the box.

Rather disappointing
Rather disappointing. The voucher value 100 eur. We had no flexibility in choosing what we would eat - we got starter (speciality of the house) and main dish. Not even soft drinks included.
Not really willing to repeat - as you have a feeling of ‘worse category ‘ customer, even though 100 eur is well overpaid for what we got

Misleading pricing & hidden charges – €102.58 after a €0.00 quote
I booked Hotel Bero through Wonderbox with my gift cheque and was clearly shown a total price of €0.00 (except local taxes) with written confirmation. After confirming, I suddenly received a booking confirmation of the hotel for €102.58 extra, plus a €3 pp city tax. This is exactly what I was told wouldn’t happen. Wonderbox has been slow and unhelpful so far. The platform is also cumbersome—you spend ages finding something that fits, only to be hit with unexpected costs. This feels like a breach of what was advertised and agreed.

Impossible client service !
Ordered 5 boxes at once, different experiences. Indicated it needed to be e-tickets -- after payment I noticed I would receive 3/5 in fysical format -- too late.
- impossible to change order yourself online
- impossible to contact someone over the weekend
Called on Monday morning, needed to call 5(!!) times, and run through all the options - that cut me off and send me back to the website - before speaking to an actual person, who was then rude and not willing to help.
"If you would have made your order 5 min ago, I could change, now there is nothing I can do. You need to return the items and pay the costs for it".
I don't recommend and next time, I look for other presents.

It's correct that order changes aren’t possible; this is stated on our website, and unfortunately it isn’t even allowed within five minutes of purchase. The information the agent relayed was therefore incorrect, and we apologize for any confusion.
The only way to get another version of your order, is to cancel it with the cancellation document and send back the products (this is to avoid fraud).

No valid activation and no help at all from the Service Center
We got offered a Wonderbox for our anniversary. When we wanted to use it and used to activation code of the box online, the website of Wonderbox.de issued a validation date of 01.03.0001, so the box was no longer valid. After asking help at the Service Center of Wonderbox online, no one cared to help with this issue. So money stolen.
