Greedy, unprofessional, I will never order again

They shipped free, great right? Except I ordered perishable. If they didn’t cover overnight or two day, my expectation is they will provide correct shipping option and charge me. I’m not in charge of your website! 11 days they took to ship frozen goods, and they didn’t think to call me, upgrade shipping, nothing. Just let the food go bad. I ordered Shan Plum Chutney (jar not perishable) as gifts for Christmas. Everyone of them leaks?
They took months to give me a only a partial refund?
There are so many options, mail order, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE your business. They are unintelligent, greedy, unprofessional and I will never do business again. Only wish I could post my pictures!

Haven't been notified yet.

I will change my rating when I receive my order. It's been about 5 days still not shipped. We'll see what happens on monday. Hopefully they can just do a refund. If that can be done then I could give it five stars for three fund or for the products being shipped to me.
