DON’T BUY! It’s a scam! Or at least they’re acting like one.

It has been over 4 month since we placed our order, and we still haven’t received it. There has been almost complete radio silence from them.

When we follow up, we receive replies from different people, and every person tells us something different. Every time, we have to explain the entire situation again from the beginning.

They keep telling us that the item we ordered is not available, while the exact same item is still available on their website and they are still selling it (sofort verfügbar!).

From time to time, they also come up with another excuse; IT system was down! asking us to submit the request again. it doesn't seem real reason to me, just buying more time.

At this point, either we have been scammed, or they have an absolutely ridiculous production and customer service process.

Either way, I strongly urge you to stay away from them and avoid buying from them.

We bought a table (180x90) from Baumkantentische.de and it looks very good. It has a high quality and it is very stable. It was also easy to mount.

During February 2023 I purchased 2 NOAH Acacia tables from Baumkantentische.de. These tables are advertised as dining tables but I use them as home office tables. I purchased a 120X80 cm and a 140X80 cm table. These tables are made of massive acacia wood and built to last. The long sides of these tables are rounded and provide a very comfortable work surface. I especially like the look and feel of the table when I am working. The natural wood surface and the acacia color adds vibrance to my office work space. And most importantly, the price is right! Hello Baumkantentische.

I made and paid order ref 7030466 one month ago and there is no news from you. You have told me the tables are unavailable, then one week silence, then replacement table again unavailable after two weeks … and no news. It is impossible to get in touch with you by telephone and you do not reply my emails. What should I do?

I bought a large wood table and bench from them, both look very good. They forgot the screws for one item, and proposed that, instead of waiting for them to send them, I'd go buy them myself and to send them the invoice. It was indeed easier and faster.

Order placed in August for tables and chairs and nearly 4 months later they have given me another excuse about why they havent been delivered and said it will take 6-8 weeks to deliver and they are preparing the goods now. I noticed on responses to reviews from someone at the company that he used the same excuses about goods being damaged in transit. It was actually word for word one of the excuses they gave me a month ago. They also say that they havent received payment then apologise when you prove it. I dont think they have any intention of providing the goods. I will be taking legal action.
