I really enjoyed the razors at first...
I really enjoyed the razors at first. I subscribed for the lifetime of free razors, when the company started. After a couple of months I noticed they weren't as free as I thought. So I thought I stopped my subscription online and deleted my account. But the company is still charging me and sending me razors. You can't reach them by phone and my bank has now officially blocked them. I don't know what else to do but warn others. Don't buy into the scheme!

First of all, I'm so sorry that you never got a reply to your e-mail. I just found it but at the time it must've gotten lost in all the mails. My bad!
I will refund you your last order, because as you said, you were supposed to get an e-mail six days before the re-activation of your subscription. Our apologies if you didn't get it, that's not supposed to happen!
The money should be back on your account very soon.
