Amazing quality mattress, I'll shop from them again

They refused to collect a mattress that was bought via Amazon, first the original packaging was refused it also needed to be packed in a carton box,(have they any idea how big the box needs to be for a mattress and why is the original plastic bag suddenly not good enougth for a return) Next they refused to organize collection, then they came up with the story that it should have been returned within 30 days. I have send many emails direct to Baldiflex within the 30 day period without any result. Amazon states it is the problem of Baldiflex and Baldiflex blames it to Amazon. For Baldiflex € 230,- is so much money that they have time to send 5 emails and 25 messages on Amazon about this matter but in the mean time refuse to collect the mattress.
I can not recommend this company, very bad and client unfriendly after sales.

I stayed at an apartment in Italy a couple of months ago that had a really comfortable mattress and it really helped my hip and back pain. Once I returned from that trip, I realized how much I hated my own mattress. So, I found out the information about the mattress in Italy and contacted the company. I read the reviews and found another person who had a similar experience to mine so that felt serendipitous.

The customer service representative was so helpful in getting my order processed and it arrived in record time. I am really enjoying my mattress and I highly recommend this company and their products!

Delivery was fast but the quality of product is not according to the description, even i pay for extra hard but it still very soft like used one. Not recommended this one.

Customer service was brilliant from the beginning to the end of the process.
They've answered all my questions regarding delivery to UK, they helped putting an order, ensured everything was in place, they moved fast and professional. It took longer to receive my order, about a month, and it was solely because of the customs and the bunch of paperwork required to deliver to UK post Brexit.
Baldiflex were amazing, can't thank them enough.
Mattresses are top quality, it worth the wait! And much cheaper and comfier than the UK ones.

Despite the product being sold with 10 year warranty it failed after 2. Company not interested as I am in the uk and they no longer trading here

I think the mattress I got and I ask Baldiflex opinions is to jumpy and Unfortunately inhave pain on my back
I slept on a Baldiflex completely memory foam and I think it’s way better !

Great and comfortable bed. Totally recommended.

I chose this company because they have this special mattress with 3000 springs, which I hope will make me sleep better.

Unfortunately I had already used up my credit card to its amount for the month, so I choose to pay cash at delivery. They did not seem to trust me, contacted me several times to make sure I was going to have the money and hence they waited several days to start making the mattress which ended up in a much later delivery, almost twice the initial foreseen time!

Also, after I had ordered I got an email from them saying I could choose a pillow for free, but my order had gone through and I couldn't change it anymore.

After a couple more checks of the courrier to see if I had the money ready, I got a mail from them that there would be two packages in the delivery. But at first I received only one... The other one was yet to come (apparently a problem with the courrier itself).
The mattress was rolled up (which I found very strange considering the number of strings inside) I had to leave it open for some time, so I contacted Baldiflex again via mail, enquiring about the waiting time and if the other package was important to have before using the mattress.
After I had written the mail, I found a paper indicating I had to wait for 8 hours before sleeping on the new mattress but Baldiflex replied only the next day(!) giving me a much higher number and also saying there was no second package, that it was a mistake...
The next week a second package arrived with a free pillow...

Luckily the mattress is of better quality than the administration of this company!
