They do not send a confirmation email and never. Reply to your emails!!

Stay away from this store, the product arrived, first of all the wrong item, then the screws were missing and it was faulty, I tried to contant customer support with numerous emails, and still no reply. Then i filled in the return item option and still no reply. Unfortanetaly I ordered a second item before I received the first item, and it has been over a week and the courier company has not received it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

Scammers!!! I bought a $68 drink from them and they sent me a “curl activator” for $3. They don’t answer phone calls/text messages/emails. But I’m not planning to let this go.

You pay a lot for shipping. Then a few days before it arrives you get asked to pay a lot for customs then it arrives and it’s damaged and leaking. They should have the shipping correct or they should stop shipping internationally. It’s a waste and a scam.

The delivery was not made, it didn't arrive here at my address, it was supposed to arrive yesterday (Friday) before the end of the day, it didn't arrive and today is Saturday and nothing arrives, if it doesn't arrive I want my money back

I purchased a product that cost $100, then they charged me a $50 delivery fee. Five days later, I received a message from the delivery service saying I had to pay an additional $68 for tariffs. Beware, there are extra costs this website doesn’t tell you about upfront. After spending close to $200 to receive the product, they sent me something that’s about to expire. Definitely not worth your time or money. I do not recommend this company.

I'm still waiting for my refund for January. They still haven't shipped the item or refunded my money. They keep saying it's a payment gateway issue. This has been going on for eight months and I've lost $200. Beware of these scammers.

Unfortunately non of my order works, all bad , lost my money for my order plus shipping $40 and duty $44 and my money is Canadian , all total is $224 and after all that money nothing work , no nothing in the hair , not trust this company at all

This company should be giving a zero stars , because I've never used this company , they're just charging random people, including myself , random amounts, here and there , occasionally, but it adds up. The question is how to convince the banks , that this is a scam organization , it's probably mob or gang related , because there is high crime in Brazil.

After reading reviews I got worried and emailed them, they replied right away , that my order is being processed. 3 days after that I received tracking number and today got my product. I ordered on may 4 and on may 12th it was delivered. I’m from Canada . Thank you 🙏

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost two years and was always happy with your service. Unfortunately, lately there have been issues — it’s taking far too long to prepare and ship orders. My recent orders took 1–2 weeks just to be packed, and because of this, I’m losing my own clients. I’m really disappointed and hope things improve soon:(

I have a charge on my credit card from this store. I've never even heard of it. I tried to dispute it but my credit card PC Financial (don't use them, they're horrible with disputes) provider is giving me a hard time.
