Ordered a quarter panel replacement…
Ordered a quarter panel replacement online. There were no indications online that there is any damage to the panel, the pictures made it look in perfect condition. Arrived with a very large crease in it, actually fairly damaged. I would not recommend this company to anybody if you want photos that actually represent the part you are delivered. Complete waste of nearly $1,000. And it wasn't from shipping, it was either already damaged, or damaged during removal and packaging by the company.

They sell broken parts and won't test them or refund total cost
The power folding side mirror arrived with a broken motor. They will not refund (even for a defective part) the shipping costs for receiving or returning the item ($45 total loss to consumer). They also require a written statement by a licensed automotive technician as to what was wrong with their part. Most tech's charge a half hour labor for this and B-Parts requires it but won't cover the cost.
Foolishly I purchased a second mirror from them (wanted to allow them to correct their error) and second mirror motor for folding was aslo broken and the part was bent (did not sit flush against the door pillar as designed).
Don't use this company, you'll be sorry
