Die Pakete kommen nie an bzw. werden erst gar nicht an den UPS Fahrer weitergegeben. Leider ist dies schon mehrfach vorgekommen.

Sehr schlechte Service. Nicht von denen kaufen. Ich hatte weder Lieferung bekommen und keine Notifizierung von der Lieferung trotz es um frische Ware ging. Das beste, sie schicken mir eine alte Quittung (wo ich sie drauf aufmerksam machen musste). Nach weiteren Prüfen meinte sie die Waren waren kaputt und auf Basis eines Fotos 3 Wochen später, geben sie mir keine Rückerstattung. Einfach unakzeptabel.

It's a pretty nice supermarket to find Asian products. Good thing that they don’t hesitate to open new branches, expanding overseas. I first discovered this store during my business trip in Ireland and then after some time they opened here in Bogota. Prices are higher than I expected. Though, the quality of the products and service remained the same. Everyone chooses one of them:)
