I wanted to follow up and share an update on my experience with ATS.
Kyle, a Senior Manager with ATS reached out to apologize for the original installer’s mishandling of my funds and offered to make things right. I identified a trusted installer, and ATS provided the turf, infill, and self-adhesive tape needed to complete my backyard. Kyle personally tracked the shipment to ensure I received everything. When we realized the self-adhesive tape was missing from the initial delivery, he immediately sent another roll via UPS 2-day shipping.
The ATS team did an excellent job ensuring that my turf project was completed correctly. Thank you, Kyle, and the rest of the team, for the superior service. You truly are the internet #1 Artificial Turf Supplier.
