Florida statue 901.43 states it is illegal to post mugshot information after a formal takedown request is submitted. Heavy fines if not honored.

A Felon operating a mugshot scam site! Oh the Irony!!! Very dishonest and exploitative information that is untrue. They do not respect our justice system nor the processes that keep us all safe from harm. Instead, they prey on people who have been exploited by the Law Enforcement agencies who carry out false arrests on a whim. Following ALL the procedures to correct a wrong will NOT be honored by these scam artists who extort damaging untruths to the public for profit. They do not have a ethical code of conduct as expected by a company who is owned and operated by an experience FELON. He has a criminal record of his own and now runs it like a prison gang.
Arrests.org doesn't have accurate information on defendants. They are quick to put people's mugshot and information up but extremely slow to take information down once a case has been dismissed or expunged. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
This Business only has an info .org link to report problems. I have contacted them twice and no response, the have false information on their site that needs to be removed or checked and then removed. Why is there no one available to help in an emergency? There sould be more contact information for such a site.

Some who find themselves on arrests.org are naturally concerned with having an arrest mugshot publicly visible on the internet. That was the only thing I didn't really like about arrests.org. But then I learned you can get arrests.org records removed using the service Remoe-Arrests.org or RemoveYourMugshot.com.
