Bike arrived with cosmetic damage. Along with running issue appears I was sold a used and motified bike for new prices. Bike vibrates parts off literally. Had to send several damaged parts back and they are not wanting to adhere to the three month warranty. Trying to charge for them. Are acting as if they did not recieve them I however sent it with delivery confirmation. They were delivered two weeks ago. Customer service plays dumb and I have talked to numerous people that way. All this is not acceptable, frustrating and poor customer service for a supposedly dealership. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

So far this company has been great. The website was easy to navigate and order. The price was the lowest I could find for the Warrior Electric Dirt Bike. Great communication. I’ve received both emails and texts with updates. Can’t wait to get my bike

Great company, the website was very easy and efficient to order from as well as they offer financing also which is cool.If you don't have it all up front. I had to call customer service a couple times had a few questions.And everybody was very polite and very helpful. Great place

Ordering process was easy. I have not received my scooter as of yet, but I ordered it 1 day ago. Order went thru and received confirmation.

I did not write this review so your company must’ve written it for me. How can I write a review when you guys are refusing to move the motorcycle out of the driveway? I moved out of that apartment complex yesterday so if you’re not gonna make the company come and deliver a properly refund me my 20 almost $2900 and take your bike back. I don’t wanna do that but I’m sure I can find somewhere else to buy a bike that will make sure I get it delivered properly and I don’t get treated like shit by the person delivering it which I do have a witness and she’s not even a friend. We don’t even hardly know each other. She lives next-door to where I just moved out of. It’s up to you refund me my money or tell them to come and put the bike where it should be like I told them to. I don’t want it if you won’t have them fix it I sent you a video of what the hell they Did.

Sale was completed quickly. I had a bank issue jamming the sale up. However the representative was quickand speedy attending to it. Just waiting for arrival of the bike. So far so good.

Just bought my 3rd bike from them. Never a bad experience.

So far so good. Just ordered my motorcycle about 4 days ago and requested them to assemble plus year warranty. Price of motorcycles fay great for the style. I ordered the Vitacci Majestic black and no chargers for shipping despite live in NC. Hopefully it remains that way. Looking forward to my first bike and learning. Not in a rush since have to take motorcycle permit test in 5 days.

Raymond was very helpful with my purchase order. He responded immediately, I have both vehicles within a couple weeks.

i'm very please with the live person communication and they also quickly responds to messages wich other online merchants dont have available and a location im on a lay away option and hopefully i'll have it paid off to have my scooter ship out to me so far its been a stress free experience hope it continues to be a great experience.

So far can only give 2 stars if that...I called and messaged 5 times before someone finally reached out to help me order my scooter. Still have not gotten invoice and order scooter 5 days ago. After I ordered 2 other reps have contacted me. I'm excited to get scooter may update once scooter gets here.
