Avoid Ariel Plastics!
I dealt with Roof Giant. Their service is great - very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, Ariel Plastics is their supplier for Corotherm. What a bunch of incompetent bozos! They sent.... The wrong length items; the wrong colour items; and didn't send some items. They replaced the items they didn't send - but then sent the wrong colour! For your own sanity, avoid Ariel Plastics and by association avoid Roof Giant. £1,000 of total frustration, delay and disappointment. 😡 W⚓s!

Poor products, Poor Customer Support
Paid more for coloured glazing bars which have decayed badly (similar coloured double glazing has remained fine).
No customer support, they have ignored attempts to start warranty claims. Untrust worthy company.

If you want disappointment then this is…
If you want disappointment then this is the place to go, had a delivery date of tusday, some parts delivered, some missing, some damaged,,,,
The driver say the missing parts will be delivered the next day. Guess what.. Nothing. So we contact them again to be told they are missing and new parts will be sent out on Friday. Today's Friday and nothing, ariel plastics have now told me that it's been mis routed and will be with me Monday.. Will see.
