Read all the great reviews and was excited to purchase my washing machine online, however my bubble was soon broken when I was informed what I purchased was out of stock and may arrive in a month not guaranteed. Customer service did try to help me replace the product with another, however every single one I was interested in was out of stock. The one customer service did suggest, I asked if it could get a discount which worked out to be about $30, to fit into my new budget which they declined.
So now I’m waiting for my refund which may arrive in 3-5 working days, until I can repurchase an appliance I am in desperate need of. Should of never trusted online services no matter the great reviews.

Fault less 5 star service and value for money

What an absolute circus this has been from start to finish.

We purchased a WEST 90CM DUAL PYRO FS DRK SS and booked an oven delivery and installation, expecting a straightforward replacement of a like-for-like oven. Instead, on the day of delivery, we were told the installation couldn't proceed because the existing setup was supposedly "not compliant."

We were then told we would need additional work completed at an extra cost of $1,200, on top of the $685 installation fee we had already agreed to. It was outrageously expensive, but with no oven, we felt we had no choice.

After agreeing to the additional cost, we then waited five days just to receive confirmation that the oven would be re-delivered. Even then, nobody could tell us when it would actually be installed. Every phone call meant explaining the entire situation from the beginning because no one seemed to know what was going on. We were passed from person to person, given conflicting information, and left completely in the dark.

Finally, after all that waiting and frustration, we were told you still couldn't install the oven this week. At that point, enough was enough—we requested a full refund.

The lack of communication, poor customer service, disorganisation, and complete inability to deliver what was promised has been unbelievable. What should have been a simple oven replacement turned into an expensive, stressful, and time-consuming ordeal.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need an appliance delivered and installed within a reasonable timeframe. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

The service is great, you don’t have to deal with sales people, I paid for the dryer on Saturday, it arrived on Monday. The two guys delivering were really good, I didn’t want the trolley on my new flooring so they carried it in, customer service at it’s best.

It is great to find a website that offers quality goods at the most competitive prices. Furthermore the customer service provided by Appliances Online is exceptional, from the shopping experience, interacting with phone staff and our amazing delivery driver Gary who was incredibly friendly, efficient and asked if there was anything else he could do to help! Living in rural North Queensland it is near impossible to find any company that deliver bulky items at a reasonable cost, let alone remove those items being replaced, yet Appliances Online offer this service for free. We love appliances online. We love the videos of the products, we live down Phillip Island, so we’re not near department stores. Delivery is free and they take away the old stuff. The delivery guys are friendly and very helpful. They always keep you up to date of delivery. They always match prices. We have bought at least six items from them, no problems at all.

Appliances online replied yesterday that they have never sold a dark stainless steel dishwasher into the model I bought yet I have screen shots of the 3 colours on their website back when I ordered. I have asked him many times to explain this why I have screenshots showing the three colors they are not responding to any of my questions only to say that I got the right model.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase of a dishwasher from Appliances Online.

At the time of purchase, your website clearly showed this dishwasher available in three different finishes, and I have screenshots confirming this. I also have screenshots showing the front panel design that was displayed on your website, which is different from the dishwasher that was delivered to me.

The issue is not simply the colour. The front panel and overall appearance of the dishwasher I received do not match the product that was advertised when I made my purchase.

Your response that this option was never available is inconsistent with the evidence I have retained from your website. I expect Appliances Online to honour the product as it was advertised or provide an appropriate resolution.

Please review the screenshots I have attached in all my emails and respond with a proposed solution. If we are unable to resolve this matter promptly, I will have no option but to seek assistance through the appropriate consumer protection channels.

An urgent replacement was needed .. a quick scan of Appliances website showed good choice, comparison of items easy, and the value definitely good with free delivery and old appliance removal. Delivery the next day and good communication is excellent. Five star service, and stress free transaction makes this a first spot to visit for the best deal.

I have been trying to get my Fisher and Paykel washing machine changed as it is not fit for purpose it will not wash a heavier load without unbalancing and resetting the time back to the start. Under the ACCC guidelines if I understand correctly that is a major fault. I have had the machine since the 5th of May this year and due to a sudden death I have not had the brain power to deal with this. Appliances onlines policies are unreasonably hard to deal with as I believe as I purchased from them it is up to them to deal with the manufacturer not me to. All I want was to pick another machine pay the difference and put this behind me. Appliances online are great until you need them!
