Everything went wrong. You can't call them, when you do they can't find the file they created on their own system... Useless, worse the lady thinks she answered properly...

I am trying to get a carte grise for my English registered Renault. I have sent all the correct documentation to ANTS but cannot satisfy the requirement for domicile proof. This because my husband’s name is on all our bills, a common condition for many people. I have sent the Orange Justificatif de domicile (for my mobile phone) but ANTS won’t accept it. Orange online bills do not include a name and address so hence the need for the Orange Justificatif. I have spent many hours, weeks and months on this awful process with no resolution, causing much stress and affecting my health. ANTS do not seem to have a clear process for making complaints. If possible I wouldn’t even give ANTS one star.

I'm a french citizen and I tried to get my french driver's licence back after a stay in Switzerland where I had to exchange it and a stay in the US where I passed the exam again. I lost the Swiss driving licence so I applied using my American licence. They took 7-8 months to treat the application and then rejected it under the motive that I had applied with my American driver's licence and I needed to apply with the Swiss one I don't have and say I lost it. And this is after asking for a driving record from the us that I had to pay for. They're pathetic.

Quite possibly the worst organisation I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The fact their overall rating is 1.2 and that the ANTS profile remains unclaimed shows they are unwilling to own their incompetence or proffer a response to their customer. The system simply does not function and the staff who deny responsibility should be ashamed. They are knowingly allowing people to be non-compliant to regulation.

Impossible to connect with the FranceConnect or La Poste account. Not working!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! THEY HARASS AND TORTURE YOU ON TELEPHONE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY REALLY HATE DOING THEIR JOB. EVIL SADISTIC PEOPLE !!!

I submitted my documents to exchange a US DL in October 2020, as of May 24 2021, there is not response.
