All good. It was my first time to transport a car, so I had lots of questions and natural concerns about the process. But Joel Austin guided me through it.

Awesome Service! Worked with Steve and he was very responsive and honest!

I did a lot of research on shipping companies before deciding on Ameriqar. There were so many horror stories out there so I was a bit wary. Thomas was wonderful and helped put my mind at ease while he found a shipper within my budget that met my needs. The shipper was great! He arrived on schedule and I paid him the agreed upon price. You can trust this company! I highly recommend them!

What an incredibly horrible experience.
Booked with them 2 months ago for a pick up for 8/11/26.
Payed out deposit and was told not to worry. Called a week before pick up to confirm was told no problem all is good.
Called day fore pick up they don’t have a driver, now how can that be if I booked out two months early? They claim the driver cancelled, not true they never had one booked for us and now they want 3 times the original price.
They are running a scam and a big one. Will be calling the DOT and the BBB will not stop until I close them down.

I highly recommend this company. Maxwell provided excellent customer service. It was very easy and simple to get a quote, which by the way was less than other providers. He kept me informed throughout the pickup and delivery of my golf cart. I was impressed with how smooth this was!

Ameriqar was an outstanding company for my car transport from Nevada to Virginia. Steve Johnson kept me informed regularly on where the car was and continually asked me if I had any questions. Roman, the driver, also sent me text messages every other day and arranged for the pickup where it was convenient for me. I would recommend this company 100% for anyone who needs a car transport, long or short.

Great experience overall. The vehicle was delivered safely and on time. Communication was good throughout the process, and the driver was professional and courteous. There was room for improvement in a few areas, but overall I am satisfied with the service and would use them again.
