Ordered a Fox thru axle with this company and on going on to the website to check the progress I noticed order had been cancelled. No email from company, just cancelled and kept my money. I want an immediate refund into my account or I will be contacting my card issuer to inform them I have been scammed.
edit: I have sent my iban number as requested but still no refund into account.

The wrong product was delivered. I ordered a rear tubeless tyre and received a front tyre. I advised Alltricks of the error. No response. No refund. TERRIBLE customer service. I am VERY disappointed by this
