Fake concerns
This company’s response to my complaint has been nothing short of disappointing and infuriating. They gave a public reply that seemed to show concern, but the private email I received later was completely dismissive. They claimed I hadn’t contacted them directly, yet I had tried to reach the psychiatrist, only to be told there was no email address available. Weeks later and still haven’t received an apology or solution for the incompetent behavior of a so-called psychiatrist. It’s clear they don’t care about resolving issues or offering genuine apologies. If your services are only for White Danish individuals, stop wasting people’s time and put it on your website, so we don’t have to travel hours for nothing. The lack of transparency and accountability here is appalling.
