Difficult checkout
It would be better if user could pay for all products in the basket, both for to and from bordershop. Now I had to pay for one basket, then refresh the page before I could pay for another basket. Maybe if page would refresh automatically after payment it would improve the experience already.

Easy to way to order
Everything went well. I got the paper-form catalogue mailed to my home address, but made the order online as per the instructions given in the catalogue. There was an easy log-in model with reservation number + name and items and promotions were clearly illustrated as was the latest possible time to place the order. The online catalogue was generally easy to use, and the payment was likewise easy to do. Products were delivered to my seat before the flight departure.
