I placed an order for 30 tons of #57 gravel to be delivered to my house between 12-4pm. Waited till about 2pm because I didn’t receive a call from any delivery guys yet. We called Aggregate markets office. The woman lied to us and told us a truck broke down en route. Then another person told us they don’t even sell that particular stone in the area we live. We are to have an inground pool installed tomorrow and can’t now because of this company’s incompetence.

Received a phone call to confirm my project, the delivery date and time, and material purchased. Chris reached out with an estimated delivery time for my driver. The delivery driver was extremely nice, made sure to close the gate once done dumping his truck. I plan to order more through Aggregate Markets the next project I have! Very satisfied.

Great customer service! They always go out of the way to truly serve the customer. Company will be ordering through them again.
