Very slow delivery, wrong size, difficulty returning items, no support
I wouldn't use this one at all, I ordered pants (size small) and they looked like at least medium-large, just fell off my body basically (I'm not that thin). They don't quite do the descriptions correct either, as a pair of other pants was suppose to be a 6 UK which is suppose to be a 34 in EU but man these pants were so big and then I read "Tall" on them which may explain it. This was not in the description when I ordered them. Pretty much all pants I bought via them were too big, not just a little but they fall off my body and is definitely not the right size.
It also took three weeks to get the package and then returning it is pretty complicated with a question mark if they will ever return that money. You can not reach any customer service or they don't answer email at least.

The customer service is really bad
The customer service is really bad and they don’t have coordination among themselves. What was promised is not delivered and customer gets confused and then stop following up because no one has a lot of time to keep following. It seem like a small amount for individual customers because collectively it’s a large amount theft.

I love Afound! It's one of my most used websites for clothing shopping right now. The other day I bought a Columbia winter jacket for only 250 SEK.. I mean, it can't get cheaper than this! And the shipping time is also very quick. Usually I get my parcels within the same week. The only thing that bothers me is that there is no possibility to filter items according to their material. But other than that it's great!

Have to say I would never recommend this site to anyone do not buy anything there service is shocking. Customer services all they do is send generic reply’s to your complaints I placed my order on the 30th May 2026 it’s now the 1st July 4 emails sent still no product if I could give a Zero Star I would.

Very confusing....
Very confusing with the actual shopping experience. As it uses basically dropshipping, you not sure where you are receiving from or IF need be returning.
But it all worked out in the end, unfortunately the sizing was not great.

Since I was prompted to offer a second review of Afound.com and my ongoing complaint has not been resolved despite the stepping in of a complaints officer, I can only offer another one-star assessment. To this day I have not received the refund for the return shipping I was asked to purchase myself when their system failed and didn't generate a label at return registration. It all started on May 7th when I requested the return. There is no credible explanation what happened to the transfer of the shipping cost they claim has been made and never reached me. The last email I received from said complaints officer was on Sunday (!!), June 7th. Only today, June 12th, my return of the actual item was at last processed and the Klarna invoice adjusted. But I still haven't received the money for the return shipping I paid out of my own pocket to make up for the issue on the store's side. So I can only reaffirm my experience that this is an abysmal and actually fraudulent service. Please never ever agree to purchase return shipping with them yourself.

Really unpleasant experience with the item purchase (incorrect photo of the item), the return process (couldn't choose Paypal as payment for the return label) and never receive an order confirmation, though I received the items. I don't have time for this and as such I will avoid purchasing in the future from Afound.
