Process before the trip
Originally we were supposed depart on August 29th. However our trip was cancelled because hotel rooms were not available.
However Ms. Linh Nguyen booked the current trip expertly and in a very professional way, explaining the reasons for cancellation and rearranging the trip. She is very pleasant to deal with and easily accessible.

BAIT & SWTICH BE WARY
I sent an email requesting a price on a cruise. Vivian Vo emailed me back within minutes with a great price. I called to purchase the cruise and then was told she made a mistake and it was now over a $1000 more than she quoted me. She also changed the original quote on the email so I had no proof of the mistake she sent to me and told me on the phone. I believe this is called bait and switch. Sent 3 emails asking to speak to the owner and was told to contact customer service. The email address was given by Vivian Vo to contact customer service does not exist. This is a very bad bad company. STAY AWAY AND MY ADVICE LOOK ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE SNEAKY AND LIE
These people are blatant liars. No where on their quote does it say what this person alleges below. Would anyone in their right mind purchase from a company that within a span of 10 minutes up their price over $1000?? AGAIN MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM A BUSINESS THAT LIES AND ATTEMPTS TO CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD WORKED FOR MONEY. IF ANY ONE WANTS TO SEE THE QUOTES THESE LIARS SENT TO ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ALSO THEIR NEW QUOTE IS EXACTLY TO THE $$ WHAT THE CRUISE LINE IS CHARGING SO NO DISCOUNTS AS THEY ALLEGE WITH A BETTER PRICE.
