I had a really good experience with Aeon Shipping when moving my belongings from Dubai to the UK. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available when I needed an update. Everything was handled properly and the process was much easier than I expected. Definitely a company I would recommend to anyone moving overseas.

Absolutely dog shit company, not gonna go into the full details but they literally hold vehicles for ransoms at the very tip of the iceberg and make you pay ridiculous amounts of money for fees that don’t even exist, if you’re gonna listen to any reviews for this company, PLEASE listen to the one star ones as they’re the only ones who haven’t been paid off or just aren’t bot accounts made to boost their ratings, absolutely filthy people.

Liars and scammers

We had some challenges with logistics like invoices at customs, insurance requirements, and payments but the car arrived unscathed from Dubai to Qatar. Their manager called me to discuss adjustments to their procedures to smooth out the process and improve their service. So minus three stars for absence of those processes, plus two stars for their learning and owning it with positive attitude. I feel assured next time Aeon will import to Doha smoothly.

Update: the cars will be delivered monday the 18th of may, which is 4 weeks later than promised.
Stay away from this company. I hired them to ship my cars from Dubai to Europe. I choose the express option by sea and was told it would take 18 days for my cars to arrive in Rotterdam. They picked up my car on the 25th of march, and it was supposed to be shipped from Jeddah on the 6th of april. Shortly after picking up the cars, they told me the cars wouldn’t leave from Jeddah until the 13th, which meant a delay of 1 week. Also the price suddenly changed by 6000 aed, meaning i had to pay extra, after they delayed it. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks, and the cars were only just loaded into containers and now i’ve been informed that the cars will be delayed by one more week, meaning a total delay of 2 weeks.
They are even lying to us saying that the first vessel on the 6th of april got cancelled by Maersk, which is a complete lie. I checked the tracking and the vessel left as planned.
The cars were gonna be used at my friends wedding, and I was supposed to drive the groom and bride, but since AEON can’t keep their promises, the cars will not arrive in time, meaning the whole wddding is ruined. Thank you very much AEON

Be careful using Aeon, i had arranged cargo shipping which arrived months after the lastest delivery date.

You cannot trust Tom and Kavi, both of them are unproffesional and their main objective is to give as many excuses so they can delay your shipment.

Absurd how much more they charge than others and cannot deliver in time. First and last time using Aeon for cargo shipping. If it was possible to give -5 stars i would.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience I have ever had with Aeon Shipping LLC My shipment was delayed by over a month simply because someone went on leave and your team failed to make a payment to another vendor on time. Throughout the entire process, there was zero accountability from anyone in the company.

I had to continuously chase your team for updates, with little to no response, no proper communication, and no clear ETA provided at any stage. The stress and frustration caused by this entire experience was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, even the compensation that was promised to me for all the inconvenience and trauma was delayed, and once again I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses.

Special mention to Jeeva Dunstan and account manager Ajith Shetty — both were extremely unprofessional to deal with, showed zero ownership, and completely failed in customer handling and accountability.

I would never recommend your services to anyone. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

I worked with them as my main shipping company’s liaison in Dubai (reimporting my car). Overall, I found them trustworthy and competent. Unfortunately due to the war in the region, the container was stuck in the open sea and I had to bear major additional costs. Adhil and Kavi were my contacts and both were always reachable in case of questions. Overall a satisfactory performance which got stained due to the adverse impacts of the war.

My experience with this company started off quite disorganized. I was initially quoted a price for shipping a Suzuki Fronx hybrid to the Bahamas, and after making the payment, I was unexpectedly told I would need to pay an additional fee because the vehicle was a hybrid with a battery. This was surprising, as I would expect a professional company to account for such details upfront.

I visited their office and met Vinay, who was extremely helpful and promptly waived the additional charge. From that point on, he became my main point of contact and guided me through the entire process until delivery.

IF you do decide to work with this company, I strongly recommend requesting to work directly with him.

Aeon did a great job delivering my car from Dubai to Spain. Vinay handled the process and did so with lots of communication and care.

2- Delayed responses and dozens of follow-ups before receiving even a partial answer
3- Damaged vehicle
4- Despite having comprehensive insurance, I received no reimbursement whatsoever.
In short, I absolutely do not recommend this scam company and I will not forgive them for damaging my vehicle.
