My simcard stop working by any reason and I cannot get a sim replacement straight away as other providers. Unforutnately we use the nunber for business and we have to shut the business for 3 days to wait for their sincard replacement. The customer service is really unprofessional and useless. When they picked up the phone, I still hear they are laughing on the other side before say hi to me.

Its just fraudently advertising. Be aware of the "free" delivery especially from Bunnings. Any items of substance don't have the free delivery attached. Just another scam in my opinion

No! Low standards shipping. They increasingly cut the costs both inside the companies involved, and by using worse and worse delivery options.
You get what you pay for. If you enjoy a bad delivery experience, subscribe.
And as for free? Nothing that you pay for is free, even if it is cheap (and nasty.)

One Pass and KMART does not always give free postage
I went on the One Pass Website to shop on KMART and was interested in a sturdy exercise bike -I selected one on the KMart Website that I liked but dismayed that postage came to $93 + when Onepass is supposed to give free postage -I have since found out that items from Marketplace do not include free postage so wondering why it is on KMART and Onepass Website -Very disappointed that K Mart only has an exercise bike sold by Kmart that looks flimsy that gives free postage.

OnePass is limited for regional addresses - and it's not obvious and creates an unfair imbalance.
I live in a town of over 7000 people and half of OnePass refuses to deliver out here of note is Officeworks and Bunnings. I don't see any difference in Officeworks posting out some staples to me versus someone in Melb. It's the same price and it's straight up not equitable.

Absolutely LOVE OnePass
Absolutely LOVE OnePass. I have already, been able to take a trip on FlyBuys points, in less than two years. OnePass gives earns an extra 5 points for each FlyBuys point - they add up quickly if you scan everywhere you shop that displays the OnePass Logo. And extending the warranty return time with Bunnings if ever needed, is just the icing on the cake.

When I purchased a large pool from bunnings I added my flybys and one pass to the order and only got a fraction of the points I should have gotten and not the amount that was advertised on the website. I was told by bunnings that it was not their problem and to contact flybys, the flybys said it was not their fult and to contact bunning, no one wants to take responsibility for the significant amount of missing points.

I love the perks associated with Onepass
I love the flexibility of extended returns, extra flybuys points on all purchases, express click and collect. Those are the main reasons I love being a Onepass member.

to earn 5x Flybuys points, simply scan your OnePass card at Target, Kmart, Bunnings Warehouse, and Officeworks. If you prefer to scan your Flybuys card, either card will earn you bonus points!
Beyond points, scanning your OnePass card also tracks your in-store activity and generates receipts, making returns and exchanges easier (as long as the receipt has a scannable barcode). 🚀
Onepass is a scam
I signed up for onepass via Bunnings because the product I wanted to purchase said delivery would be free if I trialed onepass. Not only was I charged for delivery, even after signing up for onepass, I was then charged for a full year of onepass without my consent. I did not use onepass during that year mid 2025 to mid 2026, not once! When cancelling my membership there was a link to provide feedback which did nothing whatsoever except close the page I was on and redirect me to signing up again. This whole service is a scam and should be illegal. I have had a terrible experience and it cost me money without my consent to boot. They should be ashamed.

To clarify, OnePass offers free standard delivery on eligible items or orders only, and eligibility can vary depending on the participating brand, item size, delivery location, and other factors. Some items (such as large or bulky products, special orders, or certain postcodes) may not qualify for the free delivery benefit even with an active membership.
Regarding the membership charge, when signing up to a free trial, payment details are required and the membership will automatically renew into a paid annual plan if it isn’t cancelled before the trial ends. We appreciate you raising this.
