Independently certified?
The website indicated all Olv EVO is independently tested for polyphenols but no certfication was provided and limited peppery sharpness was palatable. I bought the bulk bag. Have I been mislead?
Leads me to question the claims.....

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t able to easily find the independent lab results on the product page. We genuinely thought these were clearly visible, but your review showed us that we could improve this.
Based on your feedback, we’ve already updated the product page and the certified lab reports can now be found in four different places: in the product image slider, under the Polyphenols tab, under the Lab Tests tab, and via a lab-tested badge directly below the product title. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Regarding the limited peppery sharpness: that peppery sensation is mainly associated with a specific polyphenol called oleocanthal, rather than the total polyphenol content of an olive oil. The intensity of this sensation can also vary significantly from person to person depending on individual sensitivity and habituation, somewhat similar to tolerance for spicy food.
While peppery sharpness can certainly be a useful quality indicator, it isn’t an objective measure of total polyphenol content. This is exactly why we independently lab-test every batch and share those results with our customers.
We take transparency very seriously, so we’re grateful for your feedback and the improvements it has already helped us make. I’ve also reached out to you personally by email to discuss your experience and see how we can make it a great one.

Excellent. Reasonable Price.
Bought Green Machine EVOO. Excellent olive oil for reasonable price. Likely the best you can buy at this price in the UK. It's pretty bitter, which is how I like it, but people who don't like bitter probably won't like it.

Olive flavour
It might sound silly but it actually has an olive smell and flavour which makes it perfect for drizzling or dressings. I had never tried an olive oil this tasty.

We are huge olive oil enthusiasts and are always looking for tasty, quality EVOOs. Recently we ordered 3 very high polyphenol ones(>1500 mg/kg). There’s a strong ‘burn’ from all of them, but OlvLimits has the best flavour and viscosity that makes it a cut above, in our view. A truly excellent, delightful olive oil, we’ll be ordering more.

Quality and transparency
They deliver what they promised. I am overall super content with this product, and I like the transparency they offer. It is an example for all producing companies of food/drinks around the world. They put the product quality and transparency towards customers at a first priority, and I really appreciate and love this way of running a business. Also I love the graphic design.

Great communication from the company
Great communication from the company, I was using a different oil prior to this one but changed as this has higher polyphenol content and was cheaper, so far so good, tastes great, im a month in drinking a daily shot of oil and my skin looks so much better, my aching knee has disappeared after a year and im waking up feeling great, im looking forward to seeing what improvements i can see after continued use.
